The Management Study Program is a discipline under the Faculty of Economics and Business that deeply examines the principles and practices of resource management (human, financial, material, and information) within an organization or company, focusing on four main functions: planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. Students will be equipped with specialized expertise in various concentrations such as Financial Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management (HRM), and Operations Management, to become strategic, efficient business leaders and professionals capable of making decisions to effectively achieve organizational goals.
