Industrial and Mechanical

BACHELOR’S DEGREE PROGRAM

Industrial and Mechanical

The Industrial and Mechanical Study Program comprises two engineering branches focused on system efficiency. Mechanical Engineering focuses on the design, analysis, manufacturing, and maintenance of moving physical systems, such as machines, robotics, and energy conversion systems, based on the principles of Mechanics, Thermodynamics, and Materials. In contrast, Industrial Engineering focuses on the optimization of broader and more complex systems, integrating people, material, equipment, and information through the sciences of Management, Logistics, Ergonomics, and Quality. The overall goal is to produce engineers capable of designing robust products and the most efficient production systems.

To become a center for innovation in mechanics and industrial production.
  • To educate students on industrial systems.
  • To promote automation and production efficiency.
  • To conduct research in the field of mechanical technology.
