BACHELOR’S DEGREE PROGRAM
Physics
The Physics Study Program is a basic science (MIPA/Science and Mathematics) discipline focused on the in-depth study of the nature, interaction, and behavior of matter and energy in the universe, ranging from the sub-atomic scale (Quantum Physics) to the cosmic scale. This study equips students with mastery of fundamental concepts such as Mechanics, Thermodynamics, and Electromagnetism, and trains strong mathematical modeling and experimentation/instrumentation skills. Its goal is to produce scientists and analysts capable of researching natural phenomena, developing technology, and providing physics-based solutions in various applied fields, such as materials, geophysics, and medical physics.
To cultivate teachers who master the principles of physical science to contribute to technological innovation.
- To teach the principles of physics and scientific applications.
- To conduct experiments in the fields of energy and technology.
- To promote innovation in science education.
