The Portuguese Language Study Program is an academic discipline that deeply examines and teaches active proficiency in the Portuguese language, covering both the Brazilian and European varieties, as well as delving into the rich history, literature, culture, and Lusophone civilization of its various speaking countries such as Portugal, Brazil, and nations in Africa. This study aims to produce graduates skilled in both oral and written communication, possessing a strong contextual understanding for careers in diplomacy, translation, tourism, and as specialists in companies operating in the global Portuguese-speaking market.
