The Accounting Study Program is a discipline under the Faculty of Economics and Business that focuses on the measurement, recording, classification, summarization, and reporting of financial transactions of an entity (company or organization). Its purpose is to generate accurate and credible financial information to be used as a basis for decision-making by both internal (management) and external parties (investors, creditors, government). Students will delve into various specialization areas such as Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation, to prepare themselves to become professional public accountants, internal auditors, tax consultants, or financial managers.
